For over 30 years, Palliser has connected people through our crafted wines that speak of site, season and soul, reflecting the cool climate of Martinborough. They focus on Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, still and sparkling, organic and on their way to being organic.

Palliser has been sustainably producing wine since the beginning because it was the right thing to do. Now, under the leadership of Winemaker and Viticulturist Guy McMaster, three of their six vineyards are BioGro certified organic, with the remainder on track to be certified by 2025. Palliser wines can be found not only throughout New Zealand, but in some of the world's leading restaurants, hotels and airlines.

The stylish Palliser Estate cellar door and tasting room is open seven days from 11.00am, and is perfect for tasting a selection of premium wines, or picking up a bottle or two to take home. In the Palliser Kitchen, Attilio brings a taste of the Mediterranean to Martinborough with Italian-inspired, seasonal plates from Thursdays to Mondays, for sharing alongside gorgeous Palliser wines. Our sunny courtyard is the perfect spot for summertime long lunches, otherwise our cosy dining room or veranda are just the thing for winter dining. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays you'll be able to enjoy a Palliser Platter designed to be shared and paired with a Palliser wine tasting.
